Culligan Water, the industry leader in commercial and residential water conditioning, is currently seeking a Warehouse/Driver person to join our team. The Warehouse/Driver performs warehouse duties 75% of the time and spends 25% of their time delivering to both commercial and residential customers along a specific route. Additionally, employees are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers when performing other warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks.
Responsibilities
- Warehouse duties (loading/unloading trucks, assisting customers with product into their vehicles, etc)
- Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
- Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
- Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
- Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- High school Diploma or equivalent GED
- 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs
