Nashville, Tennessee General Manager 
 
Key Responsibilities: As the General Manager, you will manage a team of 20+ employees at our dealership in Nashville, Tennessee. Your role is pivotal in overseeing all day-to-day business operations, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. Your dedication to excellent customer service will be crucial in fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their retention. Equally important is your role in protecting the company's assets and financial stability. By implementing effective P&L strategies and meeting yearly budget goals for the dealership, you will play a vital part in our continued success. This role also allows you to grow and develop your skills, contributing to our growth and prosperity. Collaboration with various teams, including Customer Service, Sales, Service Technicians, and Route personnel, will be essential in improving and maintaining dealership operations.
                                                                                                                                                                             
Supervision of Employees:
-Hiring, retention, motivating, and training of all staff.  
-Work with the sales team daily to ensure the company is reaching sales goals
-Route employees' work practices, evaluations, and route completion.
-Service & Installation employee’s work practices and evaluations, reviewing all work orders.
-Customer issues or complaints are followed up on and resolved.
-Train and work on improving customer service for all employees.
-Customer retention; tracking and analysis, i.e., salt and bottle delivery, cooler, and discontinued automatic rentals.
-Collections of payments/equipment repossession efforts and staff training on collection practices.
-Overseeing all daily and monthly customer account billing and updating.
-Monitoring and control all overtime.
 
Manage Warehouse(s) and Inventory Levels.
-Property management and product control: Maintain buildings and property and secure the stored products and equipment.
-Ensure scheduled deliveries by placing product orders on time
-Receive orders and verify the accuracy of your delivery invoice
-Maintain a working inventory of products to supply all routes and required stocking levels.
 
Setting Accounts / New Account Sales:
-Oversee lead activities and lead tracking for all salespeople 
-Exceeding sales goals set forth and approved by the Owner or Area Manager.
-Interact daily with sales employee(s); (if applicable)
-Daily monitoring of new customers for accurate routing, sequencing, route ticket placement,  
 completed new account contracts and set up a new account.
 
Person Profile:
Prior Experience / Work History- Management experience is necessary, and a prior route sales background with route management is preferred. A working knowledge of routing efficiencies and logistics management. Able to understand the budgeting process and manage profit and loss statements.
 
Personality – Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and clear focus on high-quality customer service and business profit.  Professional, credible, and comfortable dealing with employees and customers.  Reliable, tolerant, and determined.  Well-organized with good communication and time management skills.  Able to get along well with others and create a team atmosphere.
 
Management Ability – Good people management skills, experience, and natural ability.  Able to recognize, prioritize, and accomplish daily, weekly, and monthly goals.  Able to motivate staff to achieve goals. Effective communication with subordinates and the company management staff is considered a must.
 
Sales- Results-driven individuals determined to grow their dealership sales through excellent customer service, well-trained employees, and a willingness to continue to add to the customer base.
