Culligan Water of Greensburg and Indiana, PA, is looking for a Route Driver/Service professional to work primarily in Indiana County. We're in search of someone who's passionate about providing excellent customer service and wants to be part of a family business atmosphere where they are seen and valued. This position directly impacts the quality of life and well-being of customers who depend on you to deliver the highest quality water and service. The Route Driver performs deliveries, and exchanges along specific routes, and handles invoicing and collections. Additionally, drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds customers' expectations. The ideal route driver is detail-oriented, dependable, a great communicator, and a critical thinker. 

Responsibilities
  • Continually earn the trust of their neighbors and co-workers
  • Work independently
  • Deliver water treatment and bottled water products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
  • Safely drive, load, and unload a delivery truck
  • Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
  • Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
  • Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
  • Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
  • End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps 
Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass physician for DOT card
  • High school Diploma or equivalent GED
  • 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
  • Locational flexibility between our Greensburg and Indiana locations preferred
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized 
  • Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Able to repeatedly lift 50+ lbs and use of a dolly up and down stairs
  • Someone who loves to stay active and be on the move 
  • Preferred:   Willingness to commute to Greensburg or Indiana locations as needed. 
 Base Pay is commensurate with experience. Additional commission opportunities per product delivered.

Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
