Refurbish Technician

 The Refurb Technician is responsible for assembling and refurbishing and testing of all water conditioning equipment. This role also includes the responsibility of maintaining the specified work areas and the shipping and receiving of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Test and assemble/repair water conditioners as required.
  • Disassemble units to clean inside or discard, reassemble, and test again for proper working order.
  • Check orders coming from Branches to prepare units for shipment.
  • Maintain refurb parts inventory; prepare parts list to order.
  • Keep a list of part numbers used for repairs to ensure inventory is properly utilized.
  • Shipping and receiving products.
  • Other related duties as required.
What we're looking for:
  • Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be mechanically inclined.
  • Able and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of shipping and receiving
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
