Job Summary

Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in customer service. The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Much of the focus will be working with larger commercial accounts.

Responsibilities

Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
Schedule service, installation, and delivery orders
Coordinate schedules with the sales\service\route team members for commercial and some residential activities
Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Collections activity for both commercial and residential accounts

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Two years of customer service experience desired
Ability to work with commercial accounts at all levels
Strong time management and project management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
