What You’ll Do:

· Meet with prospects in their homes to understand their water treatment related needs and present tailored Culligan solutions.

· Conduct in-home demonstrations and tests to showcase the value of Culligan’s products.

· Actively prospect and follow up with leads to build a sustainable sales pipeline.

· Manage your territory, track progress using our CRM, and build long-term customer relationships.

· Collaborate with a supportive team while embracing opportunities for ongoing professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum 3+ years of professional sales experience.

· Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial drive.

· Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

· Reliable transportation and the flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
