Ever growing we have since expanded by opening branches in North Battleford and Bonnyville. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our top quality Culligan household water treatment equipment within our PAR, sticking mainly to the Battlefords area. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to work alongside our sales and service teams to find true success!

Key Responsibilities:

To keep our high customer service standards, we make sure that every member of our team is reliable and hardworking with good decision-making skills, and great customer service.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage sales staff, set goals, and provide coaching.
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop sales plans, analyze market trends, and execute campaigns to drive growth.
  • Customer Management: Build strong relationships, handle major accounts, and ensure exceptional customer service. Perform follow up calls to customers 24 hours after appointments and 7 days after installs, and assure team members return to customers within 4 weeks for follow up.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team KPIs, make improvements as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and service teams to optimize the customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting & Admin: Oversee the SalesForce system, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
  • Fleet & Maintenance: Ensure fleet repairs, and demo kit maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems like SalesForce. 
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record (abstract annually required).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and sit for long periods. 
  • Current RCMP criminal record check (required annually). 

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange your vehicles repairs and maintenance.
  • Maintain sales demo kit.
  • Arranging payments from customers.
  • Increase sales for our industry leading, residential, water treatment systems.
  • Work as partners with customers to determine the best water solutions for the customer needs.
  • Perform water analysis.
  • Ongoing training, coaching and self-development.
  • Grow the existing customer base and maintain the relationships with current customer base/ rentals.
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved.
  • Canvass customers to generate appointments.
  • Follow up on incoming sales leads within 24 hours.
  • Follow up with customers 2-4 weeks after sales.
  • Update SalesForce software after each appointment.
  • Produce a minimum of 15 self-generated leads monthly.
  • Maintain your own appointment schedule.
  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, text and emails.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
