What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home water quality tests and present Culligan solutions
- Manage company-provided leads + prospect new ones through referrals and networking
- Deliver engaging water demos and close sales ($50K revenue, 25 units)
- Build lasting relationships with follow-up visits post-installation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of sales experience (residential a plus)
- Proven closer with strong communication skills
- Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends)
Compensation & Benefits
- $80K–$150K+ annual earnings (100% commission, uncapped)
