Location: Territory-Based | Olathe, KS; St. Joseph, MO; Topeka, KS
Compensation: $88,000 – $150,000+
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of their success. What You'll Do
  • Prospect, engage, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Maintain high daily activity through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Present value-driven solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes and results.
  • Apply feedback quickly and consistently exceed targets.


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (required).
  • Must be able to regularly travel within assigned territory.
  • 2+ years of sales experience (required).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check, in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Must be able to meet physical requirements of the role (occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, standing, driving).
