SALES SUPPORT: Provide support to the sale team. Schedule appointments, follow-up with phone calls/ direct mailings to new and old prospects. Learn our prospect tracking system. Know status of all leads, appts, and follow-ups. Be able to analyze reports and data. Make outbound phone calls to prospective customers. Must be organized to track all marketing efforts and responses received. Will work with local organizations to coordinate sponsorship opportunities and event planning. Will implement local marketing tasks as directed by Sales Manager.
HOURS: Monday - Thursday: 8am -2:30pm, Friday: 8am-1:00pm (32 hours a week)
This position is in-person. Work from home is not an option.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience required
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Must be able to navigate & work excel to manage mailing lists and create mailing labels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
