Job Summary
Culligan Water of Winnipeg is currently seeking a Route Driver to join our team. Our Route Drivers are the face of Culligan—delivering water treatment products to homes and businesses across Manitoba while building trusted relationships with customers.
In addition to deliveries, Route Drivers also handle invoicing, collections, and provide service that goes above and beyond expectations. As a family-owned business with 70 years of experience in Manitoba, we take pride in treating both our customers and employees like family.
Responsibilities
- Deliver water treatment products to residential and commercial customers in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders, collect payments, and issue invoices
- Address customer questions, issues, or concerns with courtesy and professionalism
- Follow all safety procedures and company regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and care of company vehicles and equipment
- Complete end-of-route supervisor check-ins and provide daily recaps
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of route or delivery experience preferred (training available)
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using a tablet or mobile device
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- 5-ton Experience

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
