Staff Accountant

What You’ll Do
- Record and monitor daily banking and accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile cash deposits, sales tax activity, credit card activity, and bank debits
- Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports
- Support and complete month-end close in a timely manner
- Partner with Sales and Service Directors to manage cash flow, analyze variances, and schedule expenditures
- Collaborate with the accounting team, collections specialist, and AR specialists
- Serve as a collections escalation point when needed
- Prepare special reports and assist with financial analysis

You’re a motivated, detail-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment. You’re not afraid to dive into the numbers, solve problems, and keep things moving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 5 years’ accounting/finance experience
- Background in multi-entity transactional accounting
- Experience preparing journal entries and financial statements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Netsuite experience a plus
