Based out of Bonnyville, but is responsible to travel within our district.

The Water Testing/Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our top quality Culligan household water treatment equipment within our PAR (area), sticking mainly to the Bonnyville, Cold Lake, St. Paul areas. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Water Testing/Outside Sales Representative to work alongside our sales and service teams to find true success!
 
Key Responsibilities:
To keep our high customer service standards, we make sure that every member of our team is reliable and hardworking with good decision-making skills, and great customer service.
  • Customer Management: Build strong relationships, customer accounts, and ensure exceptional customer service. Perform follow up calls to customers 24 hours after appointments and 7 days after installs, and assure team members return to customers within 4 weeks for follow up.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team KPIs, make improvements as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and service teams to optimize the customer experience.
  • Sales Reporting & Admin: Use the SalesForce system, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
  • Fleet & Maintenance (if applicable): Ensure fleet repairs, and demo kit maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Strong prospecting for clients, networking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Can cold call potential clients on phone or door visit. 
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record (10yr abstract annually required).
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and sit for long periods. 
  • Current RCMP criminal record check (required annually). 
  • Desired,  if you have experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Desired, Experience with CRM systems like SalesForce. 
  • Desired, Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
  • BE POSITIVE AND EXHIBIT YOUR LOVE LIFE
  • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all staff and clients.
  • Be self motivated and driven to succeed. 
  • Grow the existing customer base and maintain the relationships with current customer base/ rentals.
  • Generate prospecting ideas and put in practise (we have a book of prospecting ideas)
  • Prospect to find clients. 
  • Canvass customers to generate appointments.
  • Produce a minimum of 20 self-generated leads monthly.
  • Do in-home Demonstrations and maintain sales demo kit.
  • Perform water analysis, and system design solutions (with ongoing training)
  • Work as partners with customers to determine the best water solutions for the customer needs.
  • Increase sales for our industry leading, residential, water treatment systems.
  • Arranging payments from customers. 
  • Update SalesForce software after each appointment.
  • Follow up with Call and Text and email on incoming sales leads within 24 hours.
  • Maintain your own appointment schedule.
  • Be positive and receptive towards ongoing training, coaching and self-development.
  • Follow up with sold customers within 2-4 weeks after sales.
  • Manage customer inquiries through phone, text and emails.
  • Have a good vehicle and keep your vehicle in good condition, repairs and maintenance.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year with commissions. Guaranteed fair base wage for 2 months.  Top Reps will do 50K-100K commissionable sales per month. Top in Culligan Canada do $1,800,000. Wage will be base, plus commissions exceeding the base wage. 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
