- Customer Management: Build strong relationships, customer accounts, and ensure exceptional customer service. Perform follow up calls to customers 24 hours after appointments and 7 days after installs, and assure team members return to customers within 4 weeks for follow up.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team KPIs, make improvements as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and service teams to optimize the customer experience.
- Sales Reporting & Admin: Use the SalesForce system, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
- Fleet & Maintenance (if applicable): Ensure fleet repairs, and demo kit maintenance.
- Strong prospecting for clients, networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Can cold call potential clients on phone or door visit.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record (10yr abstract annually required).
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, twist, kneel, and sit for long periods.
- Current RCMP criminal record check (required annually).
- Desired, if you have experience as a Sales Representative.
- Desired, Experience with CRM systems like SalesForce.
- Desired, Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all staff and clients.
- Be self motivated and driven to succeed.
- Grow the existing customer base and maintain the relationships with current customer base/ rentals.
- Generate prospecting ideas and put in practise (we have a book of prospecting ideas)
- Prospect to find clients.
- Canvass customers to generate appointments.
- Produce a minimum of 20 self-generated leads monthly.
- Do in-home Demonstrations and maintain sales demo kit.
- Perform water analysis, and system design solutions (with ongoing training)
- Work as partners with customers to determine the best water solutions for the customer needs.
- Increase sales for our industry leading, residential, water treatment systems.
- Arranging payments from customers.
- Update SalesForce software after each appointment.
- Follow up with Call and Text and email on incoming sales leads within 24 hours.
- Maintain your own appointment schedule.
- Be positive and receptive towards ongoing training, coaching and self-development.
- Follow up with sold customers within 2-4 weeks after sales.
- Manage customer inquiries through phone, text and emails.
- Have a good vehicle and keep your vehicle in good condition, repairs and maintenance.
- Very Flexible schedule but results are expected
- Competitive pay is determined by experience and performance/Commissions

- Fuel card with work allowance in 3rd month.
