About the Role:
Join Culligan Sackville as a Service Tech/Installer and become part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional water treatment solutions in Sackville, NB. This exciting role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to make a positive impact on our customers' lives through quality service and installation.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain water filtration and softening systems at customer locations.
- Conduct routine service checks and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Educate customers on product usage and maintenance for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all installations.
- Assist with inventory management and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or water treatment preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments.
