Guaranteed fair base wage for 2 months. Wage will be base, plus commissions exceeding the base wage.

Our products include Reverse Osmosis filtration, Iron filters, Water Softeners, and Whole Home filtration systems. Kaschls’ Culligan Outside Water testing/Sales Representatives sell our high-end, award winning, independently certified, household, commercial and industrial water treatment systems to our new and existing clients in our region. The sales representative's goal is to saturate our district and grow our customer base by providing top-quality service to our customers.

- High school diploma or GED
- Must be a self-starter with high drive for results!
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Mathematically inclined is an asset
- Prior CRM software (SalesForce) experience is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
- Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal is a must
- Must be able to lift/move equipment from 50 lbs
- Must possess a valid driver’s license class 5 with a 10-year clean driver’s abstract
- Must supply a clean RCMP background check
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Desired, Strong computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.

- Customer management. Ownership over the lifecycle and account management of our customer accounts. Build strong relationships, customer accounts, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Perform follow up calls to customers 24 hours after appointments and 7 days after installs, and assure you return to customers within 4 weeks for follow up.
- Prospecting for clients, networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Cold calling, door knocking, business to business sales and canvassing customers to generate appointments and leads.
- Calling existing customers about new products, checking stock, and keeping our excellent customer service their top of mind.
- Work alongside our Bonnyville dealership.
- Work with current clients to determine the best solutions for the customer needs.
- Job task planning and organizing to maintain your own appointment schedule.
- Do in-home Demonstrations and maintain sales demo kit.
- Perform water analysis, and system design solutions (with ongoing training).
- Arranging payments from customers.
- Be positive and receptive towards ongoing training, coaching and self-development.
- Have a good vehicle and keep your vehicle in good condition, repairs and maintenance.
- Very Flexible schedule but results are expected
- Competitive pay is determined by experience and performance/Commissions
- Fleet pricing on fuel for your personal vehicle
- Fuel card with work allowance in 3rd month.
