Join Culligan of DFW as a Bottless Water Cooler Installer/Service Tech and be part of a dedicated team that provides top-notch hydration solutions in North, TX. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and delivering exceptional customer service. This role includes a take-home company vehicle, with tools and uniforms provided.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain botteless water cooler systems at customer locations.
- Conduct routine service checks to ensure optimal performance of water coolers.
- Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Educate customers on proper usage and maintenance of water cooler systems.
- Manage inventory and order parts as needed for repairs and installations.
- Document service visits and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all service activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in installation or service roles preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs of equipment and perform physical tasks.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
