Position Summary- 
The Warehouse & Operations Specialist is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting operational needs across multiple departments. This role ensures the timely ordering of residential and commercial equipment, processes warranty claims and inventory transfers, and provides operational backup for delivery, and water plant operations when needed. 
Key Responsibilities- 
Inventory & Ordering 
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels for residential equipment and supplies for the region. 
-Order household and commercial equipment, parts and supplies to support service, installation, and  
         Operations for the region. 
-Monitor stock levels and anticipate ordering needs to prevent shortages. 
-Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments. 
-Process outbound shipments to regional locations. 
Warehouse Management 
-Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment. 
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries. 
- Coordinate and process inventory transfers to other locations. 
Equipment and Maintenance Support- 
- Manage the DI tank process. 
-Clean and Maintain water coolers as needed. 
Administrative & Processing Duties 
- Process, track, and ship warranty claims. 
- Maintain accurate records of transfers and inventory movement. 
- Work with our Controller to maintain fiscal responsibility. 
Operations Support 
-Fill in for delivery drivers when necessary. 
-Provide backup support for the water plant operator when needed. 
-assist other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. 
 
Qualifications 
-Strong organizational and communication skills. 
-Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies. 
- Knowledge of Excel for inventory and order processing. 
-Ability to operate and forklift. 
-Strong attention to detail. 
-Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. 
-Qualify for and obtain a DOT physical

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
