Responsibilities:
As a sales professional on our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while enjoying a rewarding career. Here's what you can expect:
  • Promptly call and schedule appointments with company-provided leads (evening and weekend availability required).
  • Help customers improve their lives by conducting in-home water tests, analyzing customers’ water quality, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their homes and well-being.
  • Develop a technical understanding of common water problems to recommend specific Culligan water treatment products.
  • Build lasting relationships that generate referrals by developing trust with customers and becoming their go-to expert for water quality needs.
  • Work in a collaborative environment by communicating effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Seasoned, top-earning sales professional with 3+ years of experience in water treatment or similar sales role.
Required Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
  • Evening and weekend availability.
  • High School Diploma or GED. No degree required — we provide training on water quality testing, our products and sales process.

The ideal candidate is driven, resilient, and professional. The right candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, build customer trust, and consistently close deals.

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
