About the Role:
Join Culligan as a Field Service Technician and become a vital part of our mission to provide top-notch water solutions to our Winnipeg community. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring our customers enjoy the best quality water in their homes and businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair water treatment systems and equipment.
- Conduct routine service calls and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on product usage.
- Perform water quality testing and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
- Previous experience in field service or a related role is an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call as needed.
- Knowledge of water treatment systems is a plus.
- Reside in Manitoba
