Culligan North Texas is hiring full-time Water Treatment Installer & Service Technicians to install and service water softeners, filtration systems, and drinking water systems for residential and commercial customers throughout the DFW area.
This is a hands-on, independent role ideal for individuals with plumbing, irrigation, construction, or mechanical installation experience who enjoy working in the field and staying active throughout the day.
We are looking for dependable, physically capable, self-motivated technicians who want a stable, long-term career with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.
Compensation & Growth
- Expected Year 1 Earnings: $57,000 – $62,000+
- Hourly pay + bonus + overtime opportunities
- Performance increases based on skill and certifications
- Sign-on bonus available after a successful employment period
- Consistent full-time work year-round (essential industry)
What You’ll Do
- Install water softeners and filtration systems in homes and businesses
- Service and maintain existing water treatment equipment
- Troubleshoot issues and replace parts
- Complete system upgrades and maintenance
- Manage daily service and installation routes
- Provide professional customer interaction on-site
- Maintain clean and organized company vehicle and equipment

Requirements
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Independent and self-motivated

- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to pass background and drug screening
Schedule

- Monday–Saturday work week
