🔧 What You’ll Do
No two days are the same. You’ll be out in the field helping people:
- Install, service, and repair Residential and Commercial Culligan water systems (softeners, filters, ROs, and more)
- Work directly with customers, explaining what you’re doing and building trust
- Support teammates with deliveries, installs, and maintenance
- Take pride in your work — keeping vehicles, tools, and job sites clean
- Troubleshoot, solve problems, and learn new technical skills every day
Whether you’re new to the trade or a seasoned pro, we’ll help you grow your skills and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people with strong work ethic, curiosity, and care for customers.
✅ High school diploma or GED
✅ Clean driving record and valid license
✅ Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
✅ Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.
✅ Basic mechanical or plumbing knowledge (a plus, not required)
✅ Experience in plumbing, HVAC, maintenance, or similar trades (bonus!)

No water treatment experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship so you can succeed and advance.
