Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist customers in person in a professional manner
  • Operate POS machine, open and close daily payment batches
  • Update stock on customer accounts 
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Carry out water jugs and bags of water softener salt to customers when required
  • Transportation and organization of product in the warehouse
  • Loading and unloading trucks with forklift
  • Re-stocking inventory
  • Inspect, clean and test retuned water coolers
  • maintaining warehouse (sweep, take out garbage, pressure wash floor, etc)
  • Other duties as required
  • Communicate with coworkers via phone, text, microsoft teams and email 
Qualifications
  • Forklift experience is an asset – (Training will be provided)
  • Production experience is an asset
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Outgoing, friendly, and a desire to help people
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Intermediate computer knowledge
