- Have strong leadership skills and experience supporting, collaborating or managing a team
- Excel in customer service and know how to handle escalations with professionalism
- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
- Communicate clearly and effectively across office and field teams
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Can manage scheduling, billing, and operational workflows with accuracy
- Are dependable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
- Have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)
- Have experience working with service technicians, drivers, or field teams (preferred)
- Have 5+ years of customer service or office experience
- Have 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent; business administration experience preferred
- 8-hour shift
- Monday–Friday schedule
- In-person role (weekly time required in both Chantilly & Winchester locations)
- Managing and coordinating service, delivery, and installation schedules
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service
- Supporting sales efforts through scheduling, coordination, and administrative support
- Overseeing billing, reporting, and general office financial processes
- Managing collections and account follow-up activities
- Training, supporting, and guiding office staff
- Partnering with service technicians and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitoring inventory, reporting needs, and coordinating with operations
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
- Participating in training and development to support continued growth
