- Monday to Friday Day & Evening In-Person Appointments
- Weekends as needed
- Review your schedule, prepare materials, and follow up on leads generated through marketing, customer inquiries, and referrals
- Conduct in-home or on-site water quality tests using Culligan technology
- Present customized water treatment solutions based on each customer’s needs
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and long-term value
- Create proposals, walk customers through financing options, and close sales
- Manage your sales pipeline through consistent follow-up, communication, and appointment scheduling
- Generate new opportunities through outbound follow-up, referrals, networking, and attending scheduled sales appointments
- Use an iPad/Sales Force to track leads, record customer interactions, and manage daily workflow
- Coordinate with Service and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth installation and a great customer experience
- Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
