Culligan Water is currently seeking an Assistant Route Driver to join our team. This position performs deliveries along a specific route and handles invoicing and collections. The main role of this position is to assist the Driver by lifting the bags of salt and bottles of water, and delivering them to the proper location at the customer's home or business. Additionally, Assistant Route Drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that exceeds the expectations of customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner
- Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices
- Handle customer issues, complaints, and problems courteously and promptly while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
- Consistently uphold the cleanliness standards of company vehicles and equipment
- End-of-route supervisor check-ins, with daily recaps
Qualifications
- Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
- Detail-oriented, highly organized
- Able to effectively engage with strangers and establish professional relationships
- Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
- Clean and professional appearance
- Able to regularly lift 50 lbs

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
