Service Manager Las Vegas, Nevada

Service Manager

Full Time • Las Vegas, Nevada
Are you a natural leader who'd rather build a team than just run one? Do you take pride in developing people, holding a high standard, and being the person a customer situation gets handed to when it matters?

We're looking for a Service Manager to lead one of our Field Service teams — someone who wants to coach technicians, own department performance, and build a career in leadership within a growing, respected trade.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who:
  • Have proven experience leading, coaching, or supervising a technical team
  • Bring 8+ years of experience in plumbing, water treatment, HVAC, or a related trade; or 10+ years of equivalent hands-on experience
  • Have strong working knowledge of water treatment systems, installation, and repair or equivalent hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, or general plumbing fields
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Have (or are willing to obtain) a Restricted Appliance License, Master Plumber License, or WQA certification
  • Are comfortable with everyday computer tools and open to learning new systems
  • Have experience managing inventory — parts, equipment, and supply levels within budget
  • Have experience managing a department budget or P&L, including labor and repair costs
  • Are knowledgeable of DOT and OSHA safety regulations and comfortable enforcing compliance
  • Communicate well with both internal customers (employees and vendors) and external customers, building strong working relationships on both sides
  • Hold a valid driver's license
  • Are comfortable with everyday computer tools and open to learning new system

SCHEDULE
  • Full-time, core business hours Monday–Friday
  • Flexibility to adjust hours as department and customer needs require
  • On-call availability for escalated service issues
  • Occasional travel between locations within your assigned zone or hub
