Job Summary
Culligan Water is seeking an individual experienced in accounts receivable and/or customer relations.
- To assist in preparing and sending customer invoices, billing management and collection of outstanding amounts from customers.
- Creating daily deposits, help keep accurate records and seeking prompt payments from customers.
- Reconciliations, resolving payment discrepancies and review of reports
The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to ensure the satisfaction of every household, every day.
- Interacting with customers to provide assistance with purchase of products and supplies.
- You will assist in resolving problems and be the support for any needs. Foster solution-oriented conversations with customers that promote positive outcomes and drive success.
- Should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. The CSR will answer customer inquiries, making account changes or updates, and gathering information.
- Assistance with scheduling technicians and daily overview of the schedule to assist other CSR's in the office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Applying customer payments and data entry
- Preparing and submitting invoices and deposits
- Communicating with customers regarding balances
- Problem-solving and helping to manage customer accounts
- Provide proactive customer support
- Assist customers with purchase of product or supplies
- Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
- Communication with customers to schedule services or maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
- Strong time management, attention to detail and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
