Job Summary

Culligan Niagara & Purahome are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping people live better through clean water and air solutions.

This role goes beyond traditional customer service — you’ll be a vital part of our sales success by scheduling and booking appointments for our sales reps, tracking lead-to-appointment ratios, and ensuring customers receive timely follow-ups. You’ll also provide service coordination, assisting with scheduling filter changes, routine maintenance, and other customer needs.

Responsibilities
 
  • Support the sales & service team by scheduling and booking qualified appointments

  • Track and improve KPIs such as lead-to-appointment conversion

  • Contact customers for follow-up on leads, service needs, or filter change reminders

  • Provide proactive customer support, building strong relationships to encourage loyalty

  • Schedule service and delivery orders, coordinating with the service/operations team

  • Help manage customer accounts and process orders accurately

  • Handle customer concerns and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate department

Qualifications
 
  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Passion for health, wellness, and customer care

Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
