- Are comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls and making outbound calls for customer follow up or collections
- Can accurately handle scheduling, billing, customer information, and other administrative tasks
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Are comfortable with computers, including email, scheduling, data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Are dependable, self motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Are eager to learn, take direction, and continue developing their skills through training
- Have 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast paced environment, preferably in a call center or office setting
- Do not need a college degree
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening including marijuana

- Manage 60+ inbound and outbound customer calls daily, assisting with service needs, account questions, billing, scheduling, and problem resolution
- Listen to customer needs, troubleshoot concerns, and provide solutions with patience, empathy, and professionalism
- Own customer issues through resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely follow up
- Coordinate service appointments, route deliveries, and installations across Service, Delivery, and Sales teams
- Build customer relationships through proactive follow up, collections, and service related outreach
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate customer records, account updates, and interaction notes
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
- Support billing, reporting, inventory, and other operational needs that keep the customer experience running smoothly
- Participate in ongoing training and development to strengthen your customer service skills and support long term career growth
